(Oct. 16, 2007) –
The UC Riverside Highlanders shot a final round 302 to finish
at 807, good for seventh place at the Bill Cullum Invitational
at Wood Ranch GC in Simi Valley Tuesday.
Freshman Nick Paez shot
an even-par 216, finishing in sixth place, four shots behind
first place Brian Hollenbeck of UCSB, who finished at 212.
Sophomore Andrew Cortez was 11th overall at 220, four over
par, and sophomore Scott Clayton was tied for 30th with a
10-over 226.
UCR was seventh overall,
27 shots behind first place UCSB.
