High School: Was a four-time letterwinner in both cross country and track at Long Beach Poly HS... helped his team to a pair of CIF championships in CC... helped the team to four Moore League Championships and a pair of CIF State Championships in track... won the CIF Individual Championship in the 800... four-time member of the Long Beach Press-Telegram Dream Team... ran the anchor leg of the national champion and world champion 4x800 teams.
