league record en route to the Bay Shore Athletic

Division IV North Coast Section championship game
and the second round of the regional playoffs...
had 415 assists and 224 kills... was named BSAL
Most Valuable Player in 2004... named a Top-100
Prep Athlete of the Year by the Contra Costa Times
in 2005... was named second team All-League in
2003 and won her teams’ Best Defensive Player
Award... earned Player of the Week honors once
in 2003 and in 2004.
Personal: Brittney Elizabeth Murrey is the daughter
of Douglas and Barbara Murrey... majoring in interdisciplinary
studies with a concentration in creative writing
and sociology... favorite teams are the Sacramento
